it's international friendship day today! as well as my 2.4km NAPFA test...it was a test as well as a competition...the top 15 positions in every level will get a medal...in the whole sec 2 level, there are (to my calculation) about 280 students...and i was in the 15th position! which means i got a medal...! haha...praise the lord! |

despite getting a 'c' last year for my sit and reach, i had a gold... ... ... ... but this year...: i had my NAPFA test today...i'm so sad! because even though i got 'A's for almost everything...(sit-ups, standing broadjump, inclined pull-ups and shuttle run)...i wont get my gold anymore...because of my sit and reach!!! i had a 'D' for it...! i should have pushed another cm...at least to get a 'C'... but it's not suprizing anyway... because i have never done well in my sit and reach since primary school...haha... |
