despite getting a 'c' last year for my sit and reach, i had a gold... ... ... ... but this year...: i had my NAPFA test today...i'm so sad! because even though i got 'A's for almost everything...(sit-ups, standing broadjump, inclined pull-ups and shuttle run)...i wont get my gold anymore...because of my sit and reach!!! i had a 'D' for it...! i should have pushed another cm...at least to get a 'C'... but it's not suprizing anyway... because i have never done well in my sit and reach since primary school...haha... |
