a brand new year, a brand new beginning.. 2006. i know it'll be a great year, by faith...yup! when you run, RUN! don't look back & just keep on running foward! looking back will hinder you from the purpose god has for you!

but then sometimes, it seems so easy to say "let bygones be bygones".. but can we actually let everything go? sometimes the hurt is so bad that it has left a scar in us, and you wonder how to remove it..

"forgive and forget".. it's such a common phrase. but is everyone doing it? although most of us forgive, but we just can't seem to forget. why..? because all those bad memories you had just keeps on flashing in your mind..
