Thanks Tara for the preview tics to "Freedom Writers" =)
THIS SHOW IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!! It's inspired by a true story of a teacher (Erin Gruwell) and her Long Beach students. Seeing how a teacher went all out into her students' life, and changing a class where the blacks and the whites discriminated each other into a class that is now a family, moved me to tears. Hearing their individual stories, and the stories of innocent kids who died, was really heart-rending. To find out more, WATCH THE MOVIE! "One person really can make a difference." |
