One of the most unforgettable thing that happened in November was that Colby went missing for 1 day and 2 nights! I never knew how much he meant to me until he went missing. All I know is that I love him so so much. The first night Colby went missing, my 2 sisters, and myself went around the whole estate searching for him. Xiao Li and I stayed up all the way till 5am just to look for him and to paste posters around! And of course, thank you Swee and Wei Ming for helping us to look for Colby. You efforts were really appreciated=)
Then on the second day, from 11am all the way till 4pm, Xiao Li and myself went around the whole estate to stick posters of Colby EVERYWHERE. And I really mean EVERYWHERE........ Haha. You know those old blocks where the lift stops only on the 1st, 5th, 9th and 13th floor? Yeah on every floor, there will be 2 of Colby's posters (as there are 2 lifts)! All the way to Parkway, all the way to Tau Nan Primary and all the way to East Coast Park! AND Colby's posters were LAMINATED. Haha. See how much we love you Colby? Haha. The home which usually blasted the TV and couldn't stop shouting at the top of theit lungs was all of a sudden so quiet. No one was watching the TV. No one was using the computer. No one was doing any other thing except pasting double-sided tape on the posters and laminating them. We kind of took different shifts to look for him. Haha. In the evening, my dad went door to door looking for Colby. At night, me, my brother and Xiao Xuan went door to door again. PRAISE THE LORD! When we went home after our search, someone called us and told us that she had our dog. BUT she wanted money. What an idiot. She had a dog herself. But whatever. I'm just so glad that Colby is home=)  |
